How Our Custom Fabric Design Service Works

Step 1: Send Us Your Brief

Email your design concept, sketch, reference photography, or artwork to us. Include details such as:

Step 2: Design & Studio Review

Our in-house design studio reviews your brief, pattern repeat requirements, and technical specifications. We will confirm production feasibility and provide a clear, transparent quote.

Step 3: Colour Matching & Sampling

Using UK-based digital textile printing, we create a sample file for your design. This can include, if required, matching to target paint codes (e.g., Farrow & Ball, Little Greene), Pantone references, or physical fabric swatches. Printed strike-offs (sample prints) are supplied for final approval before full production.

Step 4: Production & Worldwide Delivery

Once approved, your bespoke fabric is produced and shipped directly to your door or workshop.

How long does the custom fabric design process take?

Initial design proofs and colour matches are typically delivered within 7 working days. Once the print strike-off is approved, full production typically takes 2–3 weeks depending on quantity and base cloth selection.

What digital file formats can I send for custom printing?

We accept high-resolution JPEGs, PNGs, PDFs, TIFFs, PSD (Photoshop), and AI (Illustrator) files. If you do not have digital files, physical samples or sketches are fully acceptable.
