By the metre orders are sent UPS or APC overnight.

Sample orders are sent by by Royal Mail Second Class post.

 

For urgent orders please contact us and we will see if there is any way that we can expedite the delivery.

Free Delivery for EU and European Orders

We charge €29 for 'by-the-metre' order to the EU and Europe (including Norway and Switzerland) but free delivery for orders over €99 total value.

However, due to higher shipment costs, for orders to Malta or Turkey the delivery charge is €99 with free delivery for orders of €250 or more.

VAT and Import Duty on EU orders

We guarantee that you will pay no VAT, import duty, or customs charges on an order from us.

All our 'by-the-metre' orders are sent on a 'seller pays all fees' service. Therefore, we pay the VAT, as well as any customs administration charge which may be levied at the point of arrival into the EU.

Shipping charges to USA destinations are $30 per 'by-the-yard' order, and free delivery for orders over $100 value.

We send all our 'by-the-yard' orders on a "seller pays all fees" service, through UPS or Fedex, 

This means that we pay any import duties (above the $800 value threshold, below which no duties apply) and any import tariffs which may from time to time be applicable.

We charge AUS$60 delivery for 'by-the-metre' orders with free delivery for orders over AUS$150.

All orders benefit from the UK-Australia Free Trade Agreement (UKA-FTA) under which there are no tariffs to be paid.

We pay the 10 per cent GST on arrival and any applicable customs administration charges.
