Reproduction of a design for a tablecloth by the famous American textile designer, Marguerita Mergentime, in 1937. Mergentime's designs were way ahead of her time, and laid the foundations for much of what is now seen as modernism and 'mid-century'. Working in 1930s New York, she became well known for her striking table cloths and napkins, with her hallmark bright and bold use of colours. Now reproduced as a high quality cotton linen fabric suitable for upholstery or curtain use, or to make your own Mergentime table cloth.
