Herringbone fabric is cloth with a V-shaped which resembles the bones of the herring - a fish. The distinctive bold zig-zag or chevron pattern makes this cloth ideal for statement items of furniture or for interesting scatter cushions and curtains.

Herringbone cloth is often wool but ours - part of our Holland Park collection - are a wonderful linen mix flat weave.
