Refund policy

Buy with confidence - We are happy to take back, for exchange, any fabric if notified within 30 days of your order being received by you.

If you ordered more fabric than you needed, we are also happy to refund up to 2 metres of fabric, for orders over 10 metres, Any fabric which is returned to us for a refund must be sent back in the same condition as received by you.

All returns must be approved by us by email before the fabric is sent back. We can arrange collection if you prefer, and deduct the costs of carriage from your refund.

No claims whatsoever can be entertained or returns or exchanges made once the material has been cut, creased,  marked or treated in any way. Please, therefore, always fully inspect fabric on its arrival and also prior to using it.
