When choosing furnishing fabric several things should be kept in mind.

First, the material should be flame retardant (FR). At loome we sell most of our fabrics in both FR and non-FR versions and we can always have a non-FR fabric treated with an FR backing for £5 a metre.

Second, the cloth should be durable and servicable. All of our furnishing fabrics are of high durability and are suited to all interior furniture applications, and many are washable (see product specification).

Third, of course, the fabric should be the correct type, colour or pattern and fit in with your overall decor. Please use our filter tool to choose colours, designs and types.
